Standard: Chapter 10: Friends Again

"Bye, Marco!" I yelled as I ran out the door. "See ya!" Marco yelled back. Marco wanted to stay in New York for a few years, so he was going to look for a job. Meanwhile, I was at Joan`s apartment talking about my side and hers. We would decide who was right and become enemies or friends. That's why I got inside the elevator, hit the 3 button, and wait anxiously as the elevator went down to the 4th floor, then 3rd. I got off and looked for room 334- 330, 331, 332, 333, Aha! Room 334. I knocked on the door and a girl about my age came out and motioned me inside. "You must be Anne. I`m Joan." She kindly told me as we walked to her bedroom. "My husband is at work so we will be alone for the next hour and a half." She smiled. She grabbed a microphone and started to sing, "I am sorry! But he is here! And so I must go!" I shrugged my shoulders. Joan put down the mic and explained, "I`m sorry. But I had a huge crush on Ricky. So I couldn`t say 'no'. I did change after no one would be my friend. And all these years I wanted to meet you again and say how sorry I am and how I want you to forgive me." I looked around then finally made my decision: "Joan, I realized how many years ago we were friends. I guess now its time to forget and forget. Lets be friends again!" We jumped on her bed in complete happiness. Then something weird happened...
